Hey Jan,
TokuMX engine when used with 3.2 exciting big data optimizations can be
very promissory for the ArangoDB project future - the world becoming crazy
about big data. I'm personally do not have such big projects but I
definitely like your ;)

I need to run instances of ArangoDB on several different Macs.
They should all have the exact same data.
To accomplish this I need to understand how to set up replication.
Are there any tutorials?
All of these machines have static IPs on a Class A IPv4 network.
If feasible, I would like to also
Hi everyone,
I would like to get your comments concerning the very high memory usage I'm
seeing on my production server.
Some numbers:
- Running Ubuntu 16.04 and ArangoDB 3.1.15
- 5 document collections, 12 edge collections
- Around 200,000 documents
- A dump takes approximately 50MB of disk
Thanks Mark for the thorough reply!

Hi Thomas,
1. Yes, they are stored in the system collection _jobs. System collections
are usually replicated to at least one other node.
2. The behavior of a failed job can be defined when creating a job (see docs
Hey Rus,
Jan from ArangoDB here.
Yes, TokuMX is indeed be interesting. We would need a bit more time to
further mature the API for other storage engines.
Did I get you right that you are interested in getting TokuMX into Arango?
If yes, I'll keep you posted about the further development of our
Hi,
It will be interesting to plug the Tokutek storage into ArangoDB ;)
