Yes, community has about 575 open tasks, where the longest bugs are from 2014-02-04. In my opinion everyone should be able to participate in fixing these bugs. Especially ancient ones otherwise these bugs can be reproduced, patches made and submitted to the tracker :) -- Jelle van der Waa
