I also recommend rEFInd for a similar reason. It's much simpler to install
than grub and it will probably autodetect both Arch and Windows.

problem you are having? So far you have just described your partition
scheme and that you are stuck somewhere.

I've been trying to install archlinux on my Lenovo B50-70 laptop and got stuck
installing grub boot loader inconjunction with UEFI.
Either I'm miss understanding the wiki pages on the subject and/or the wiki
pages could do with a bit more clarity.
