It looks like maybe a permissions issue with accessing the
"config/elasticsearch.yml" file.
I would just find that file and add these lines to the top of the file:
# - FOR TESTING ONLY -
# - THESE SETTINGS SHOULD BE REVIEWED FOR PRODUCTION -
