Here are some general things we're looking for in a proposal.
1. The participant should provide a brief summary of their background and qualifications 2. The participant needs to demonstrate that they have a good understanding of the project they are interested in working on 3. The participant's proposed solution should be clear and concise. The participant is welcome to provide code samples or mockups as needed to help define your solution. Note: anyone considering working with someone else on a project should keep in mind that we may only be allotted one participant to work with.
