Were you able to connect to Collector by following the CouchDB
instructions? Please let us know if it's working now, and if you are able
to activate the "project" in Arches Collector Manager.

I suspect you may need to create an admin user in CouchDB. Arches will try
to connect to Couch using the following credentials by default:
username: 'admin'
password: 'admin'
