Since this is a common built-in option for all the widgets, do we really
need the widget developer to explicitly mention the option in the
widgetConf? I prefer showing that option for all the widgets even though it
is not mentioned in the widgetConf.

We have a requirement of hiding the widget title bar in some use cases. For
example Date time picker widget doesn't need to have widget title displayed
on its container.
In order to implement this we can take two approaches.
1.
Provide a config to be added in the
