I also think it's better to have an optional parameter for the two cases rather
than having two different windows.
Since our convention was to consider 'first unique' as the special case we can
have a Boolean optional parameter such as 'isFirstUnique' to alter the window
behavior and let the

installed in DAS.
IMO, it's better if we can pack the samples in the product distribution

Hi Inosh,
In order to do this we might probably need to update the data publishers to
send their time zones as meta data to do the time zone conversion.
In cases like daylight saving changes this information will be required to
correctly map the incoming time to UTC
Also, isn't it an option
solution. Can't
we let the user define the query as a set of constructs(i.e select, insert,
join, etc..). To start with we can support few basic ones like select,
insert.
That wlll actually give the user the experience of visully constructing the
query. WDYT?

Hi Yashothara,
It's better if you can include performance test for your testing plan as
well since CEP is performance sensitive.

oing to add to the DB cache for IP belongs to a particular

frequent we may want to add more entries with compared to a less frequent

The downside is the DB cache tend to be more big.

Will it be worth to add the trigger name also to the event that's being

will be useful for the client to identify which trigger is fired. WDYT?

At Siddhi level we can get the stream name of the fired event. But, can we
get hold to the stream name when it's sent through a output adapter(SOAP,

Hi Srinath,
Actually, it was not a nettey issue. It was because we have not included
mappings in /etc/hosts. We re-tested with /etc/hosts mapping and using
netty as the transport and it worked fine.
