The parent pom definition is not following the standard. It is as follows
now.
parent
groupIdorg.wso2/groupId
artifactIdwso2/artifactId
version1/version
/parent
It should be something like following:
parent
groupIdorg.wso2.carbon/groupId

In carbon kernel 4.3.0, the parent pom is changed as mentioned in [1].

is correct.
