I'd still say its an indexer issue in some form. Have you seen any errors in
the logs?
Also may be worth tuning the indexer settings in your config. Specifically
increasing the commit timeout AppConfig[:indexer_solr_timeout_seconds] and also
tweaking the thread count and records per thread for
