The url you linked would be the same issue, so yes the indexer tries to
index the same items over and over... I'll have to inspect the records to
see what is causing the migration to fail.

Check for errors in the container conversion batch job log files.
Does the indexer appear to keep trying to reindex the same records over and
over ?
