I’m running ArchivesSpace 2.8.1 under current MariaDB 10.5.9 and I’m not getting any errors on any of those reports. It’s our intention to support current versions of both MySQL and MariaDB, but not everything can be tested against every version, especially those reports. Wendy: are you getting
It definitely doesn’t like those Preservica URLs.
The staff PDF production goes thru 3 steps, and you can do them separately and
manually to debug.

It could be also related to other content that was added for analog media (not
Preservica). It looks like this one has been printed in a long time. Does
anyone know if there is a correspondence between the PDF report error line and
the line in an EAD export?

Thanks so much for following up. So far, we've gotten report errors for the
following 3 accessions reports:
- Accession Report
- Accession Receipt Report
- Accessions and Linked Subjects, Names and Classifications

It's probably a matter of permissions. Besides the merge agent/subject records
permission you will definitely need the ability to create/update/deleted agent
and subject records. I wouldn't be surprised if you'll also need the ability
to create/updated accessions, resources and digital

note and it was successful. I'll try a few others and see if I can recreate

merge agent/subject records operation not working
We created a group to allow an individual to 'merge agent/subject records' and
while the button shows up, the behavior is not what we expected:

We're using 2.8.1 and recently I've been having trouble adding locations. Our
numbering convention is Row: #, Compartment: #, Shelf: #. In the manage top
