Hi folks, We still haven't resolved the problem. I have had several email exchanges with Ariel support,so they are responding and offering solutions. We have been able to successfully load the software on another computer, so I suspect that it is something with the pc setup. Thanks, Paul Paul

We are trying to switch the pc that is our Ariel receipt station. This has ariel 4.1 receive only software. We switched ips, so the ip is the same. We loaded the Ariel receive-only cd-rom, but are getting a "setup was unable to launch MSDE. Setup is terminating." We have an email out to Infot
