The amendments are related to the composition and terms of the ICANN NomCom (Article 8 with a transition article and article 27), the implementation of the NomCom Standing Committee (Article 8) and change in how the RSSAC is selected (Article 12). The amendments are related to the IANA Naming Function Reviews and the IANA Naming Function Separation Process.
