On 1 October 2016 the contract between the Internet Corporation for
Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and the United States Department of
Commerce National Telecommunications and Information Administration
(NTIA), to perform the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA)
functions, officially
ARIN thanks those who provided valuable feedback during this
consultation. Community consultation feedback will be evaluated by ARIN
staff and transfer fee process changes will be published within the next
30 days and will include implementation details.
