We're doing /56 to customers. /60 if they want dynamic. Yes they get less
space if they want to change their ip.

Of course, SWIP, like any other issue is not black and white. There is a
big difference between the current policy of requiring the registration of
/29 or more of v4 and /64 or more of v6, and a different suggestion to ban
SWIP servers.
