I support this proposal as currently written.
However, regarding Kevin Blumberg's comment at the ARIN 48 discussion of
this policy earlier today; How about adding a paragraph like the following
to section 8.1, Principles;
When number resources of multiple types, IPv4, IPv6, and/or ASNs, are
1. Elect board candidates that will support such reforms.
2. Submit the required changes through the ACSP.
3. Watch how the board reacts.
4. Repeat steps 1..3 until there is a board the does the needful.

It's not particularly important to consider this past election, but rather
to consider the vulnerabilities exposed by it.
