That copy of phpBB dates to something like 2005. It's been patched a
little, I /think/ -- but I don't know how much -- or whether that
contributes to the occasional hiccups that it's prone to.
Our admin, a Mr John Murga, is far, far too busy to fix and modernize
everything.
