Seems somebody write a driver for NetBSD:

We have had discussions in the past on how to integrate switches like
that into OpenBSD.  Don't think we ever reached consensus.  But I
think nobody would object to having a "dumb" driver that just lets the
MAC talk to the switch PHY as a starting point.

I think you'll need some kind of driver for the BCM53125 (ethernet switch)..
