If you want a minimal install try starting from the miniroot and then add a few
things where neaded ... it will be quicker then editing tagfiles.

Following up...I made a set of tagfiles by changing all "recommended"
and "optional" packages to "skip," then adding in whatever I needed to
be able to load packages using slackpkg. The basic install is about
200M on my GuruPlug, which will easily fit in the Flash (as soon as I
