[aroma.affymetrix] -Inf in FIRMA score matrix

Hi all, I ran a FIRMA on a data set consisting of 179 Affymetrix Human Exon Arrays and after checking the results, I discovered that each and every probeset has at least one -Inf entry in the scores matrix. It sticks out that the score for one specific array is -Inf for every probeset, although
