Hi, it turns out that this was fixed in aroma.light v1.30.1(*). Now, aroma.light (>= 1.30.1) is part of Bioc v2.12 which is for R (>= 3.0.0). You are using R 2.15.1. So, in order for you do fix this problem, you have to upgrade R. This is something you should either way, because during the las
