hi all, I am using the affy human promoter 1.0 array to analysis differential methylation level between two group. accoording to the vignettes: MAT - Tiling array analysis (Promoter 1.0R), I get the MatSmoothing object:csMS. Although it could be loaded into IGB to visualization by writeSgr(csMS). I still do not know the exact differential region between two group where as the original MAT could generate.
