with his own album once again...! i have been waiting for this ever since Vande
Mataram... its not like he delivered anything less with all his movie albums...
but his own album is obviously something very (i mean VERY!)
Congratulations!

Rahmaniacs,
God Willing, we completed our Food Distribution programme succesfully for the
fifth consecutive week today. We had a new member , a XIIth class passout, by
name Malavarayan joining us.
Well said Anil, fully agree.
ARR rules!

If they had been biased - wouldn't ARR also have won the "Best
Singer" too?
While I agree that Filmare is more a popular choice award rather
than "the real thing" is some cases - in ARR's case
agreed to all your comments Chord; but i think he is still as innovative as he
was before. however, i think he used to experiment more with
synthesizers\instruments before and now he is considering melody and voices
more.

NICE! I fully agree with you Chord.
I am a fan of his from the very first album released and I can only say he is
only getting better with every new creation.
Long live ARR and keep up the good work!

Been hearing mumblings about wanting the
it has to be Mani Rathnam on the top! He is the one who introduced rahman and
he has always bought out Rahman all through these years. and its truely brutal
(i would say) not to keep Bombay, Chor Chor and also Yuva in the list of movies
by ARR-Mani team (even if we skip the tamil movies).
Hi,
first of all, it doesn't work like this for rahman, he chooses singers based
on the song, situation and at times on the actors too. he may have list of
favourite singers but then being the person he isÂ… he just cant do un-justice
to rest of the singers... can he? and even another point
yes! the sound is quite apparent while listening over headphone...
i always love these small notes\details in rahman's songs.
