Re: [arr] My ATM review
dear rahmaniacs it was yesterday i heard the ATM songs ( the CDs reached here in OMAN so late). TO be frank i was so flatered . the CD runs non stop in my room and my roomates are now familiar with the songs. It would be better to say that the songs have an immanuel touch and not simply rahmans It s a bit long since Rahmans has done such a croud puller..makes his position as the emperor of indian music.. Sivaji Guru and now ATM Fantastic My awaitings were not in dismay JAI ARR (THE MAESTRO AMAZES MINDS) mmparthi2003 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: thanks for that info the cd cover says additional programing and PONMAGAL REMIX done by Krishna Chetan...it doesnt say additional programming OF ponmagal done by Krishna Chetan where am I missing it? i am not creating anything --- In arrahmanfans@yahoogroups.com, vikey vicneswaran <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > U MISSED THE TABLA N TAVIL IN ELAPUGALUM SONG...CAN HEAR AL OVER THE SONGITZ A MIXING OF INDIAN CLASICAL AND WESTERN...RAHMAN'S SPECIALITY AS USUALAND PONMAGAL VANTHAL IS DNE BY RAHMAN OF COURSETECHNICALLY ASSISTED BY KRISHNA CHETAN...EACH OF THE SONG IN THE MUV DNE BY RAHMAN... > > mmparthi2003 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: Here you go...this is my opinion > > Blog Link > http://mmparthiban.blogspot.com > > > > > __ > Do You Yahoo!? > Tired of spam? Re: [arr] My ATM review
if that is so, they could have well said "Ponmagal Vandhal Remix, Guest Composer: Krishna Chetan". Rahman was the guest composer in Fiza where he composed for a song "Piya Haji Ali". He was duly credited for that as the guest composer. Here crediting Krishna Chetan in a small single line says that Krishna Chetan has played a major part in the composition of the "Ponmagal Vandhal remi" but he has not been single person in composing that song. Rahman should have worked on it. sai --- In arrahmanfans@yahoogroups.com, "mmparthi2003" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > thanks for that info > > the cd cover says additional programing and PONMAGAL REMIX done by > Krishna Chetan...it doesnt say additional programming OF ponmagal done > by Krishna Chetan > where am I missing it? i am not creating anything > > --- In arrahmanfans@yahoogroups.com, vikey vicneswaran > wrote: > > > > U MISSED THE TABLA N TAVIL IN ELAPUGALUM SONG...CAN HEAR AL OVER THE > SONGITZ A MIXING OF INDIAN CLASICAL AND WESTERN...RAHMAN'S > SPECIALITY AS USUALAND PONMAGAL VANTHAL IS DNE BY RAHMAN OF > COURSETECHNICALLY ASSISTED BY KRISHNA CHETAN...EACH OF THE SONG IN > THE MUV DNE BY RAHMAN... > > > > mmparthi2003 wrote: Here you go...this > is my opinion > > > > Blog Link > > http://mmparthiban.blogspot.com > > > > > > > > > > __ > > Do You Yahoo!? > > Tired of spam? Re: [arr] My ATM review
Its really getting on my nerves when people do post-after-post about the ponmagal remix... SIGH Its an awesome remix...an someone imagine western+classical+rap+old song interlude...rocking number Rahman Sir made a mistake by giving credits to the people involved in each song... Instead he shud have stuck to the old way of audio cassettes where for each song it carries only the singers name.. No names of harmony/instrumentalist/audio engineer/co-ordinators/orchestrators.. Sigh** people enjoy the album... am very disappointed abt the way the people in this grp picking up ARR... but every1 when they accuse star with or end saying they r a gr8 fan/rahmanaiac... Get a life people... r listen to the albums like Sivakasi/Tirupachi and go for gana numbers... --- In arrahmanfans@yahoogroups.com, vikey vicneswaran <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > U MISSED THE TABLA N TAVIL IN ELAPUGALUM SONG...CAN HEAR AL OVER THE SONGITZ A MIXING OF INDIAN CLASICAL AND WESTERN...RAHMAN'S SPECIALITY AS USUALAND PONMAGAL VANTHAL IS DNE BY RAHMAN OF COURSETECHNICALLY ASSISTED BY KRISHNA CHETAN...EACH OF THE SONG IN THE MUV DNE BY RAHMAN... > > mmparthi2003 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: Here you go...this is my opinion > > Blog Link > http://mmparthiban.blogspot.com > > > > > __ > Do You Yahoo!? > Tired of spam?
