Where i can get DMT EXE DOWNLOAD?

Hi Team, i am using remedy 8.1 version. In our PROD there is no DMT ACCESS. checked into server there is no DMT path. where i can get the DMT Exe? Searched into Products and Patches from Bmc support. There i can see ITSM SUITE and ARSERVER SUITE.. Please share the link and file name to download

I want to allow user to change the password from API coding. Before updating the new password, user should confirm his old password. To achieve this I need to decrypt the password stored in remedy and compare it with a password which user entered. Ask me if you need more details.
