It looks like it should work. Did you look in the Tomcat logs for
exceptions? How about some trivial debugging in the servlet to ensure it
gets called, ie write something to System.out?

We did not get an overlay deleted but rather corrupted. Was definitely the
installer doing the damage. After the install completed, the arserver process
would not start because of the bad overlay. We have an open ticket with BMC on

A while back they had a version where cancelled was spelt canceled for work
orders. They changed it to cancelled – when we tried to move work orders from
one system to another it choked on us.
