The error means that the JVM doesn't trust the issuing CA on the remote
side (ldap server). You can get the CA path from the remote server using
openssl:
openssl s_client -connect ldap.server.com:636
That will give you the certs in pem format as well as the chain up to the
root.

I set it up in httpd and call it a day. It's pretty straight forward. I

issues with older versions, or if the addition of the parent fields add another
layer of complexity in the searches, which is why we were seeing performance
problems in our 9.1 implementation.

I'm trying to search PKE on global search but did get any result. I m able
to successfully perform global search for other items( INC, Problem, change
etc...) apart from PKE.
I have checked and found FTS is running without any issues.
