HI All & TGIF Probably know the answer but thought I would ask anyway. Is there a way to do like a set field based on a status selection?
Have an requirement for the user to post the answers to questions in the Resolution field when the status is set to resolved. Easy in ITSM/mid-tier with a couple of pop up questions. Thought maybe I could set the questions in the resolution field on resolve and go from there. Really don't want to set on create as that would look goofy. Any ideas much appreciated.
