Hi Shawn,
If you refresh the table you are looping through, I would think that Remedy
considers the refreshed table a new table, so you have finished looping
through the old table, so to speak.
I think the way to do what you want to do, is loop through the table, do the
refresh on a second (new)
can do the same for filter and escalation.

Good morning all,
Let's say, hypothetically, that you work in an environment with an OOTB
ITSM 7 environment, and you have been given a directive
What do you mean by European character set ? A lot of European countries
have variations, for example French, German and Spanish all have some
(different) characters. Even countries that are close to each other, like
for example Denmark and Sweden, have slightly different character sets.

Try String formName = HPD_Help_Desk in stead.
IF your DB uses ODBC Underscore that should (hopefully) sort it out

I'm not sure Stephen. I haven't had any issues with the form name. I
can do a Count on the
Field properties for the table, display tab. Tick the box Refresh On Entry
Change.
This will refresh the table when the request it is in is shown. For example,
it will refresh the table when the user clicks on the request from a result
list.
