One of my customers needs to renew his Wiki information website, and
would like the new content management for this Wiki information website
to integrate tightly with their extensive AR System home-made application.
Functionalities required in Wiki and content management system:

It would be nice to know what language and backend the Wiki has... I'm
assuming PHP and MySQL, as those are kind of a standard for that
toolset, but you never know...

I don't think you can set a different value for data chunking depending
on whether you access it through the Mid-Tier or through the User Tool.
My reaction to your question would be:
