Is there an "easy" way to modify a CI Type/Class after it has been created. We
initially loaded many records into the wrong CI Class a couple months ago.
Since that time, modifications have been made to the CIs. Is there a way to go
"behind the scenes" and change the CI Type to the correct class. I realize
that not all of the attributes are the same amongst classes and I would
therefore need to evaluate what attributes would not carry over to the new
class.
I know I have AIE I can fall back on but I was hoping to have a quick little
"trick" to move the data to the appropriate CI Class. We are currently using
Application Management & CMDB 7.5.
