Check your Tomcat (or web server) logs for more info on what's going on.
Typically it's because the cert from your SSO server is not in the java
keystore on your mid-tier or vice versa so double check that.

So I figured out that its SQL commands that create the report (not the best

for CI Name) and spit the .txt file back out?

All,
I'm seeing an error when trying to create new tickets (or update existing

I validated all the correct lines are added to the ar.cfg file on both of

We've had a ticket open with BMC support for at least two weeks to
troubleshoot the integration to Analytics. So far they have only asked to
collect logs and refuse to have a webex.

Hi,
Has anyone successfully implemented Atrium SSO using CAC authentication? If
so I'm looking for some help on how to correctly set it up since the
documentation and BMC support are quite lacking.
TIA,

I actually created it through the old CMDB Console and when I click View from
the datasets drop-down there is nothing about permissions or user access.

All,
When using the Atrium Explorer to view a CI and it's related CI's it seems
to default to the CI Description (Short Description) for the Display Name as
opposed the CI Name. Does anyone know if this can be changed to default to
the CI Name? If so how can I do that?
