Brad You can check out the BMC Virtual Chat product - it has a Skype for business integration. It allows end users to use skype for chatting with IT agents and saves the whole chat transcript into the incident work info. Pam

Hi Kathy You can relate service targets to SRDs from the SLM tab on the SRD form. Is that what you are looking for or are you asking about the run-time service requests and tracking service targets attached to them? Pam
