Hello all,
I'm importing a heavily customized version of the Remedy Management
form (HD 5.5) from a def file to a ARS 5.1.2 server, and rec'ing
ARERROR 405.
A quick search of the ARSList archives shows a posting entitled Import
Problems that discusses core fields being successfully added to DO
What version are we talking about here? Or does it matter?

But when I compare $TIMESTAMP$ Status-History.Closed.TIME +
60*60*24*7 , I find errors in my escalation and arerror.log. Is it
possible to perform operations against Status-History.*.* values?
David, did you realize that some earlier sessions don't finish until
12:30 on Thursday? The first afternoon session begins at 2:00 (at
least according to the schedule I have.
