Thanks for the suggestions so far, sounds like a feature added to make sure you can’t make assignments through the HPD:IncidentInterface_create, appreciate anyone else that might have a solution not related to CFG:Assignment.

What is the general opinion of the web on Remedy 7? We are trying to do some demo testing and the web is VERY slow, and not just the initial load. Any other experience(s) to share? If yours is fast what are you doing?

We specifically tested that and all looked ok. As a matter of fact we didn't see posted date/time differences on email received requests, mid- tier requests, requests through OV - nothing. The only issue was the posted one where the time in the Admin Tool is wrong. Also of course this hinges on
