Thanks for the suggestions so far, sounds like a feature added to make sure you
can’t make assignments through the HPD:IncidentInterface_create, appreciate
anyone else that might have a solution not related to CFG:Assignment.

Defect found, 7.6.04 workflow checks CTM:SupportGroup form rather than pulling
the value from the CFG:Assignment.

Sorry not using Web Service and if I use nextid it relates to one of the temp
entries related to the incident creation but not from the incident itself.

What is the general opinion of the web on Remedy 7? We are trying to do
some demo testing and the web is VERY slow, and not just the initial load.
Any other experience(s) to share? If yours is fast what are you doing?
We plan the samething and I would be interested in any info you might
have. Do you have any capacity planning/hardware information/experience?
The sizing doc doesn't really tell you much.

We specifically tested that and all looked ok. As a matter of fact we
didn't see posted date/time differences on email received requests, mid-
tier requests, requests through OV - nothing. The only issue was the
posted one where the time in the Admin Tool is wrong.
