had to reboot the whole system.

We upgraded to BMC Remedy 9.1. When consuming a webservice we get the error
'ERROR (8957): The date format is invalid.' We changed the locales of the
corresponding webservice user and we changed the date format of the host
(German (Switzerland) on Windows Server 2008 R2) with no luck.
