Hello everyone: I've been away from the Remedy world for a while, but I'm getting support requests concerning the Remedy Email Engine.
The site in question is running 6.3 on Windows 2003. Just within the past couple of months the email engine locks up mysteriously. Can't figure out why. We restart the service and mail starts flowing again just fine for awhile, but then it seizes up again. Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas?
