If in Best Practice, your form needs an overlay before you can modify the
form, or you may want to convert your form to a Custom-form with the BPCU
utility.

I am getting an error when I try the command (steps shown below) - any help

I am on a Windows Pre-stack 7.6.04 -- developer 7.6.04 -- It appears I
cannot delete add or even modify anything with indexes...
Anyone Else.. all buttons are just grey and cannot be used.. I am logged in
as Demo but no Go...
Are we support to be doing indexes on the User tool now? or Web Tool?
