Hi,
 
We have a requirement to create SRDs.
 
The info that I  received from our team::
- New service Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 Category
- The name of the Service requested
- The support group details
- A Work order needs to be created.
 
Is there any info missing that I need to create the SRD? 
 
What are the steps to create the SRD?
 
The technical guide provided me with the following
1. Build Work Order Template
2. Build AOT
3. Build PDT
4. Build SRD
 
When a user requests a specific service, do we need to follow all of  these 
steps above in order to create a Work Order?
