Hi, We decided to use the OOB staging form WOI:WorkOrderInterface_Create which will create a Work Order. I created a web service and published it. When enter the WSDL URL in a browser, it opens up to an XML file, however I am not sure what I need to do get it to create the actual Work Ord

Is there a specific reason you want to skip the staging form ? The easiest/ quickest thing would be to configure a SRD that uses Work Order Template and use the OOB WSDL "SRM:RequestInterface_Create". Of-course, you could create a custom WSDL that will create a Work Order directly but I would reco
