Hello all, We have CIs sent across from ADDM with CTI values only and we are updating them through a normalisation job. No model/Manufacturer.
I have the products defined in the PCT Catalogue and in my Product Catalog Alias Mapping. In my NE Configuration I have Data set Normalization Type = CTI ONLY Class configuration / Class configuration details The attribute list is grayed wither CTI, Model, Version Number, Manufacturer and Dictionary ID selected?? System Configuration Moralization Type = CTI ONLY, the rest of the options deselected. As a test I create a CI in the Computer System class with the CTI category and the model and manufacturer. I Hardware => Server CPU => Hardware PC => Device DESKNT4 => DESKNT5 RICOH => LEXMARK I kick off normalization and it works fine, my CI gets updated with the mapped correctly with the values in the mapped product categorisation However when I remove the model and manufacturer from the CI instance and the Catalogue Alias mapping, the normalization no longer works. Am I missing something?
