Hi, We are facing a strange issue in our system. ITSM 7.6 patch 001 ARS 7.5 patch 003A
The error message we are getting is as below: ARGetListEntryWithFields - Field ID is not related to this form (ARERR 311) in Overview console when sorting on custom columns added The problem is occuring recently despite no code changes been made to add any new field in Overview Console and last change made weeks before and no issue was reported post deployment.
