Tonight I added a new index to the HPD:HelpDesk form.
The ArServer Service is not coming back up completely. I have a feeling it is
building the relationships. Is there a way to turn that off if I can't get
into the application?

If it is building object relationships, the setting is in the ar.cfg file,
and is record-object-relationships, or something similar, but adding an
index shouldn't cause that to suddenly happen, depending on the number of
tickets in your form, the table might just be locked while it builds
