I would like to find out how some of you handle your reconcilliation exceptions? Did you develop your own custom deployable application or are you creating jobs executing workfolw etc... Do you think we need something like mentioned above (Exception Management Application) to allow us to manage exceptions or allow the configuration management teams to use such application to drive exceptions i.e. creating changes, incidents form different types of exceptions. I would personnaly like to see this as an applicaiton on its own and being data driven. Maybe something we need to talk about at this years WWRUG? Would appreciate if you can share your thoughts !
