Hi All, Can anyone tell me the steps required to create a service request menu item? One that can walk the user through some steps to create the actual service request. Since I have managed to have never created one in the past and I seem to be missing the how to part in the documentation I have found on the BMC site. The Version of ITSM that I am working with is 7.5.
For example I want to place a menu item under let’s say a main item called “Facilities Services” that has a sub item of “Report a Facility Problem“. Can you point me to some clear steps to build one? Maybe a document that is well written in these steps? Any assistance is appreciated? Thank You. William Abdo
