Once again I have asked a question of BMC support and let's say the answer does not follow the question. I am looking for the form that hold the reports saved (from incident and change) when you run a query (let's say incident) then pick a report (found on the report form) and then save it in "My Reports". Any ideas? Also don't say use the developer tool, my new 7.6.4 system is in the hands of my consultants and I don't want to be accused of breaking anything (or in my case changing things to make them better).
