If you have a main CI with other CIs weakly related to it then merging the main CI will also cause the related CIs and relationships to be merged. So, for example, if you have a computer system CI with associated CPU CIs, IP address CIs, software CIs, etc. then merging the computer system

Hello, If you are talking programmatically, then you may want to have a look at the documentation on how to trigger reconciliation jobs from workflow using Run Process action https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/ac9000/Using+a+Run+Process+workflow+action+to+run+a+reconciliation+job Hope

Create a reconciliation job in the Atrium Console with a merge activity to merge CIs from the source to the target dataset. Add a qualification to the activity to merge only the main CI(s) that you want – I presume they will be computer system CIs. From: Action Request System discussion

A recon job will merge a CI and all other CIs that are related to it by weak relationships. Is this what you want to do? From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:arslist@ARSLIST.ORG] On Behalf Of Abhi$hek Sent: 09 November 2015 16:36 To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject:
