Listers, has anyone else run into issues when importing people through the data import tool with permissions - where the app permissions don't get applied right? I'm able to successfully import a list of people with the relevant permissions, and the people entries are created with the correct application permissions. The issue exists at the User form level. Despite being given application permissions - Infrastructure Change User for example, the User form is not populated with any value in the Application License field (BMC:Change Mgmt User Floating)... which prevents the user from actually seeing the module when logging in. If I manually remove and re-add the permission it correctly populates the Application License field. It appears the data load is not forcing the backend workflow that sets the Application License field. Am I missing a step/data point?
I've populated the following tabs on the People Data Load spreadsheet, and all incoming data was validated without issue in the data load console before being promoted.
