Hello List, Does anybody know how to do the next?
I would like to be able to create a relationship in a 'Modify all' action. That is to say, I select some incidents and press 'Modify all', relationship tab buttons turn to disable but instead I enabled them, I could not work search or create relationships, because they need to be assigned from a Request Id that does not exists due to I am in 'Modify all' mode. Has anybody created relationships and copied them to a list of incidents using 'Modify all' action or so?
